June Bird Count

Come join us for the 13th Gahagan June Bird Count. We will meet a little before 8:00 AM at the Gahagan parking lot to break into groups, then walk the trails counting all the birds we see and hear. If you would like to participate, or just tag along for some outdoors fun, contact Mike Petrucha at mepetrucha@hotmail.com. In 2022 we counted 121 individuals of 38 species in two hours. The past counts can be seen on eBird, by going to: www.ebird.org. Click on the “Explore” tab, then click on "Explore Hotspots,” then type in "Marguerite Gahagan Nature Preserve."
